Under the inspiring initiative of Rotary RCC Netaji Chatra Yuba Sangstha, with the wholehearted support of the Rotary Club of Greater Silchar, a vibrant Basanta Utsav was celebrated on 1st March at Hospital Road, Silchar. The air was filled with colours, joy, and harmony as over a hundred talented artists mesmerized the audience through dance, music, and recitation, creating a truly festive and unifying atmosphere. Blending celebration with responsibility, a road safety awareness drive was also conducted, spreading vital messages through posters and leaflets. The dedicated efforts of Rtn. Abhijit Paul, Rtn. Rohan Yadav, Rtn. Bishwadeep Ghosh, and Rtn. Dr. Richa Dutta Deb made the event a meaningful and memorable success.
