The Rotary Club of Greater Silchar and Netaji Chatra Yuba Sangstha (NCYS), in collaboration with the Department of Social Work Students of Assam University, successfully organized a candle-making training program for SHG members on 01.05.2026 at Kuwarpar, Silchar. The program focused on imparting practical candle-making skills to promote self-employment, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment among participants, inspiring them towards sustainable livelihood opportunities.
