On Teacher’s Day, the Rotary Club of Greater Silchar honored our nation’s educators, recognizing their invaluable role in shaping generations. President Rtn. Dr. Rajat Deb, Secretary Rtn. Abhijit Paul, Literacy Chair Rtn. Raja Bhattacharjee, and members Rtn. Shoumyojit Biswas, Rtn. Subhash Dhar, and Rtn. Dr. Rohan Biswas expressed heartfelt gratitude to teachers as mentors and guides. As a mark of respect, Club members visited teachers’ homes, presenting mementos and appreciating their selfless contribution to society. The occasion celebrated values, gratitude, and the pivotal role of teachers in nation-building.
