The Rotary Club of Greater Silchar celebrated Durga Puja by sharing joy and blessings with the community. Forty students of Sarvodaya Vidyalay, Malugram, received new clothes, bringing smiles to their festive celebrations, thanks to the generosity of Rtn. Prakash Chand Pugalia. Continuing a cherished tradition, eight devoted teachers were honoured with a token of appreciation for their dedication to shaping young lives. The gathering was further enriched by inspiring words from Immediate Past President Rtn. Joyjeet Biswas and other esteemed Rotarians. Rtn. Debojyoti Ghosh, Rtn. Shoumyojit Biswas, and Smt. Mamon Devi also joined the celebration, adding warmth to the occasion. This initiative embodies the Club’s belief that true celebration lies in giving.
