Nurturing Minds, Spreading Hope On the occasion of World Mental Health Week, the Rotary Club of Greater Silchar, led by President Rtn. Dr. Rajat Deb, reached out with love and care to 22 residents of the Halfway Home for Mentally Ill Persons at Saidpur. With the dedicated support of Dr. Rohan Biswas, Dr. Pavel Sikdar, and Subir Dhar, the programme combined health check-ups with an inspiring awareness session, reminding us all that understanding, compassion, and timely care can light the path to healing.
