A Ray of Hope for Forgotten Souls During World Mental Health Week, starting the Rotary Club of Greater Silchar extended a gentle hand to a few mentally challenged individuals living in heartbreaking conditions. Under the leadership of President Rtn. Dr. Rajat Deb, Secretary Rtn. Abhijit Paul, and dedicated members, they were bathed, groomed, comforted, and treated with dignity. Special gratitude to Future Rotaractor Sudhir Dhar and his team for their patient, loving care. The club is now working to give them a safe home at Paradise Home, where healing and hope await. A small act of love that quietly restores humanity.
