The Rotary Club of Greater Silchar celebrated Diwali and Kali Puja in the most meaningful way by spending the day with the girls and women of Nivedita Nari Sanstha, Meherpur. Led by Club President Rtn. Dr. Rajat Deb, the team filled the home with laughter, love, and the glow of new clothes, sweets, and shared moments. “The true essence of Diwali lies in sharing happiness,” said Rtn. Dr. Rajat Deb. Rtn. Subhas Dhar added, “Standing beside them is not charity, it’s humanity.” For the residents, the day became a memory of warmth and belonging, proving that the brightest lights are the ones we light in each other’s lives.
