Spreading the Light of Empowerment Rotary Club of Greater Silchar proudly inaugurated its second Skill Development i.e. "CANDLE AND SOAP MAKING TRAINIG CENTRE" Centre at Silcoorie in association with Netaji Chatra Yuva Sangstha, on 29th October25 marking yet another step towards self-reliance and empowerment. The occasion was gracefully adorned by the presence of Past Assistant Governor Rtn. Shankar Deb and Ex-Supt. & HOD of Radiology Dr. D.K.
