On National Unity Day, a beautiful message of harmony bloomed at Jirighat as the Rotary Club of Greater Silchar and the Inner Wheel Club of Jirighat brought diverse communities together for a peace-building meet. Representatives of Kuki, Manipuri, Naga, Bengali, Assamese, Marwari, and Manipuri Muslim communities stood side by side, celebrating India’s true spirit of unity. With inspiring words, warm felicitation, and shared smiles, the gathering became a gentle reminder that peace begins when hearts come together.
