Spreading the light of hope, the Rotary Club of Greater Silchar conducted a Free Cataract and Vision Screening Camp at Amjurgahat, bringing clarity and comfort to 75 beneficiaries. Senior Optometrists Rtn. Ranbir Dasgupta and Sanjeev Kumar Das provided dedicated care, with 15 patients identified for completely free cataract surgery. Free spectacles were distributed with compassion, reaffirming Rotary’s commitment to restoring sight and dignity. The camp was graced by President Rtn. Dr. Rajat Deb and Club leaders, with heartfelt coordination by Rubina Sinha, supported by the Barak Valley Meitei Convention and RCC Juba Darpan.
