On 9th December 2025, the Rotary Club of Greater Silchar, with deep compassion and commitment, organized a specialized High-Risk Pregnancy (HRPW) screening camp at Koomber Tea Garden, touching the lives of expectant mothers who need care the most. Renowned specialists Dr. M. Tiwari and Dr. Kaustav Kar conducted thorough examinations, identifying risk factors early and offering timely medical guidance, reassurance, and hope. Beyond clinical care, the club extended a gesture of nourishment and love by distributing protein powder, butter, and soyabean to all high-risk pregnant women—reinforcing the belief that a healthy mother nurtures a healthy future. This permanent project stands as a heartfelt step toward safeguarding motherhood, preventing complications, and strengthening the foundation of healthier families in underserved communities.
