The Rotary Club of Greater Silchar on 22/12/25 successfully conducted a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Programme at Moinul Hoque Choudhury Higher Secondary School, Sonabarighat, sensitively led by Rtn. Dr. Richa Dutta. Through her warm, empathetic, and scientifically clear interaction, students were encouraged to understand menstrual health, practice proper hygiene, and embrace it without shame or fear. The session empowered young girls with confidence, dignity, and knowledge, creating a safe space for open dialogue.
